ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

Important Points and Submission Rules for Abstract Submission

Abstracts must be submitted in Turkish via e-mail to epigenetik@nexusorganizasyon.com. Since accepted abstracts will be published in the same form, please ensure there are no spelling or grammatical errors. Authors are responsible for all such errors.

The deadline for abstract submission is Friday, September 12, 2025.

Abstracts to be presented at the congress should be original experimental studies, clinical research, or case reports that contribute to scientific progress and convey a clear conclusion. Online submissions will be published as submitted, so careful attention to writing is essential.

Submission Guidelines:

  1. Abstracts must be sent via e-mail to epigenetik@nexusorganizasyon.com.
  2. Academic titles should not be used in author names.
  3. Author names should be written in lowercase with only the first letter capitalized.
  4. The names and addresses of the institutions where the authors work must be clearly indicated.
  5. Only the first letter of the abstract title should be capitalized (abbreviations are an exception).
  6. When abbreviations are used in the abstract, their full form must be given in parentheses at first mention.
  7. The abstract should briefly state the aim and methods of the study, summarize findings with sufficient numerical detail, and present conclusions based on the results.
  8. The abstract must be structured using the headings: Aim, Methods, Results, and Conclusion.
  9. The total word count of the abstract (excluding title and author names) must not exceed 500 words.
  10. Abstracts not complying with these rules will be excluded from evaluation regardless of content.

Abstract Evaluation:

Evaluation will be performed by the Abstract Review Committee in a blinded manner, with authors’ names and institutions concealed. To be considered for evaluation, presenting authors must complete congress registration no later than September 12, 2025. All authors will be notified of the evaluation results in writing.
